Water Mission Walk for Water

12:00pm Oct 7
Paoli Presbyterian Church, 225 South Valley Rd., Paoli, Pa. 19301

Why the Walk?

Every day, millions of women and children in developing countries walk nearly four miles to retrieve water for their family's daily needs. In most cases, even after walking for miles and miles, the water they have to drink is contaminated causing disease and even death.

Our Goal is to raise $40,000 for a Safe Water system for the thousands of men, women and children in the village of Nai Farm, Kenya. During the Community Blues Fest, this year on the campus of Paoli Presbyterian Church, we will demonstrate the Water Mission treatment system, typical of WM safe water solutions. This demonstration will show some of the hardship faced by families of Nai Farm and the effectiveness of the Water Mission treatment system. We hope to bring awareness of the Global Water Crisis to our community and raise money to fund the project to end the water crisis at Nai Farm. Together, we will transform lives! The families of Nai Farm are depending on US to end their WATER CRISIS!

You can take part in the demonstration and experience a little of what families in Nai Farm do every day to get water. Please register and ask your family and friends to support our Goal with a donation!
