Good Sam Library

You will find comfortable new seating in both the adult and children’s areas. Newer books on a variety of topics are displayed on shelves as you enter for your browsing pleasure. Take a look.
New features include books recommended by our clergy, grouped together and listed on a bookmark. The same shelf under the high windows includes titles written by parish authors – people you know – and standards recommended by Renovaré. Favorite authors: Richard Foster, NT Wright, Madeline L’Engle, Brennan Manning, Beth Moore and Timothy Keller are grouped together for your convenience.
DVDs now have standing carousels for easy browsing. Children’s DVDs are in the children’s area along with board books, Arch books, chapter books and others. Parenting books are in that area also.
Commentaries are now both in the library and in the clergy hall waiting to be borrowed. The Biography collection has been expanded and grouped together near the CS Lewis books.
And -  not to forget Fiction for relaxing after a busy day. Shelves have been labeled to guide in making a selection. Much variety – contemporary, historical, biblical, mystery, thriller, country of interest. Many new titles have been added.
The shelf under the windows of the conference room contains books by Philip Yancey, Philip Keller and Max Lucado. Suggestions and recommendations are welcome. Let us know what you would like. The new computer catalog will be coming soon.
