Women's Ministry serves to equip and encourage women of all ages to realize their identity and uniqueness in Christ as they minister to, and encourage one another.
Our mission is to nurture a deeper personal relationship with Jesus and with one another, to embrace Jesus’ promise of an abundant life (John 10:10), and to give glory to God through service to our families, church, community and the world.
The Women's Ministry has a leadership team on which all interested women are welcome to serve. The team meets about once per quarter to plan a wide range of activities which include Bible studies, contemplative prayer offerings, fellowship events for families, book and crafting groups, dance classes, and our signature Saturday morning breakfast speaker series.
In the spring, Women’s Ministry offers our annual retreat weekend, alternating between the shore or Lancaster County locations. The weekend offers opportunities to hear powerful, Spirit-filled speakers, fellowship, free time, prayer time, good food and fun! A different leaders’ team handles the many aspects of retreat planning and we’re always looking for new women to be mentored in areas where you have a passion to serve.
For more information on any of these activities, please contact Pastor Beverly Berry at 610-644-4040 x 213 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Specific activities are listed on the Church calendar and in a printed brochure that is revised quarterly.
