The Christmas tree sale this year will be focused on ‘sharing a little bit of Christmas’ with those who come to buy trees.

As the cost of trees has increased, the HELPS ministry is suggesting a minimum donation of $85 per tree.

The sale will include small gift items. Over 100 pint jars of Plum, Peach, and Elderberry jam will be available for sale with a suggested donation of $9. Handmade beaded ornaments will also be available with a suggested donation of $35. —a perfect gift for those traveling as the ornaments are almost unbreakable.

We also will have a selection of trees less than 6' tall this year, and those will be available at a lower suggested donation. Proceeds benefit HELPS ministry. HELPS is not an acronym—it is what we do—a Good Samaritan outreach program. HELPS provides short-term financial assistance for people in need in Chester County. Most callers are in a temporary overwhelming need and report causes of need such as loss of a spouse’s income, shortened working hours, loss of benefits, and other unanticipated expenses.

Hours: November 24  1-5pm / Saturdays  9am-6pm / Sundays  10-11am & 1-5pm
