Youth

Good Sam Youth

The Youth Ministries at the Church of the Good Samaritan are for anyone in 6th-12th grade. Our ministry to teenagers can be divided into three main elements: Sunday morningsSunday afternoons, and Retreats & Events. Each part of the ministry works together to provide life-changing lessons and experiences, helping students grow into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to see our teenagers become men and women of God. We want them to be leaders in their schools and communities.

We believe that an authentic faith is a faith that impacts every aspect of our lives. In this ministry, we do our best to help guide teenagers into living that out.

Sunday Mornings: Club 56

Club 56 is our Sunday morning ministry for students in 5th & 6th grade at 9:00 and 11:15 services.

This group meet in the back of the sanctuary.  They will sit together for the opening songs and they quietly exit with their leaders to the Youth Room where they will have their program and lesson.  Afterwards they will come back to the church service and join their family (usually at the Peace) so they can partake in communion together.

If you have any questions about Club 56, contact Jess Campbell at jessica@good-samaritan.org

Sunday Afternoons: Youth Group

We have Youth Group during the school year on Sundays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  We offer a combination of games, worship, a lesson, and time within a small group setting. We aim to make this a place to invite friends, hang out, and have fun.  We debrief our week that passed and gear up for the coming week. The worship is led by a student praise band and the lessons are biblically-based and relevant to daily life.
