Tuition & Policies
All dance classes are $300 per class for the September to May program year. Tuition may be paid in full at registration, or split between two payments, 50 percent at registration and remaining balance by February 1, 2025.
Discounts apply for those enrolling in multiple classes. Please refer to our dancer handbook for more information on discounts.
Partial scholarships may be available. Please do not let finances prevent you from joining our dance ministry! Email Karen Watkins at dancechoir@good-samaritan.org.
We do not offer refunds for weather cancellations, but should a particular class be canceled more than twice, a make-up class will be offered.
Concerts
Our Dance Academy, in combination with the Dance Choir, presents a Dance Concert twice per year—a full immersive evening of dance. No tickets are required, but an offering is collected to help defray ministry expenses.
Older students may also be invited to minister in church services or other outreach opportunities periodically.
The dance ministry maintains a costume closet, so all performance costumes are provided. Dancers are responsible for providing their own “base layer”—tights, leotards, and/or black leggings, and dance shoes as requested by the dance teacher.
No recital fees, no ticket fees, and no costume fees!
