Toddler Program
1 day/wk for 1.5 hours. The Toddler class is for parents or caregivers and the child together. This program is a positive introduction to a school experience. When children enter the classroom, they are met with a variety of options, all of which center around play and socialization. This warm and nurturing environment is structured just enough to engage our toddlers in many hands-on activities like painting, play dough, arts and crafts, and dramatic play—all of which help transition into a classroom environment. Caregiver and child will participate in a short circle time with singing, musical instruments, and a short story. This class is concluded with time outside on our playground. Children need to be 17 months old by the start of the program.
Two-Year-Old Program
2 days/wk (MT or ThF) or 3 days/wk (MTW OR WThF) or 5 days/wk. Two-year-olds will develop increased independence, familiarity with school rules, and gross and fine motor skills, and increased understanding of the basics of a classroom family, transitions to special classes, and outdoor play time. Children at this age still independently play and may just begin to parallel play with other children. Teachers provide activities to allow children to feel secure, build confidence, and learn to be with others in a classroom setting.
Three-Year-Old Program
3, 4, or 5 days/wk. Three-year-olds will develop social and emotional skills while continuing to elevate school skills by engaging in more of a structured classroom setting. A thematic approach is used to organize the curriculum based on PA Learning Standards. Center-based learning, library skills, and brief seated activities such as cutting, gluing, sorting, and coloring are reinforced daily. Teachers carefully plan activities that introduce students to new experiences and concepts. Emphasis is placed on concepts such as color, shapes, animals, and families. Children at this age play together and become more invested in kindness, sharing, caring, and being considerate and thoughtful.
Four-Year-Old Pre-Kindergarten Program
4 or 5 days/wk. Four-year-old children will engage in a curriculum that will prepare them for Kindergarten. A thematic approach is used to organize the school day based on PA Learning Standards for four-year-olds. Classrooms are modeled after elementary school environments to prepare students through center-based learning, writing centers, STEM centers, art projects, and journaling. Play is still a part of the school day but teachers maintain structured schedules to maximize instructional time and fun experiences. Daily learning experiences are used to develop familiarity with the alphabet and numbers. Reading and writing are encouraged through journals, games, and literature.

Pre-Kindergarten Enrichment is offered as an after-school class for Pre-Kindergarten students from 12 – 1:30 pm. This class is academic-based and reinforces skills from the Pre-Kindergarten curriculum.
