InSight Women's Bible Study / Fall 2024

You are invited to connect with a community of women through InSight Women’s Bible Study—an intergenerational group from all walks of life who desire to build authentic relationships with one another and grow to be more like Jesus. The study meets weekly to worship, listen to teaching, engage in small group discussion, and support one another in prayer.

The study this year is on 2 Corinthians:

Something terrible has happened to Paul. Because of it, Paul dives deep into sorrow and hurt and what to do about it in 2 Corinthians. He emerges with a clearer vision of what it meant that Jesus himself suffered for and with us and rose again in triumph. Paul highlights the role of Christian community in our own journeys through tragedy into sunlight, as he writes in 2 Corinthians 1. 3: Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ… who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. Come, join other women as we learn together how to live in a cross-shaped community, joining in deeper relationship with Christ and with one another

The study is offered on two different days and times:

  • Tuesday Evenings via Zoom / September 10 – November 19 from 7 – 8:30 pm
  • Thursday Mornings at The Church of the Good Samaritan / September 12 – November 21 from 9:30 – 11:30 am
